ALPHA Foundation is an international organization, with expertise in managing lifestyle conditions. We are expanding in Kenya and would like to work with locals in the health profession on a part time basis with good rewards. The staff will choose available hours when he/ she can be engaged.
We are looking for nurses, who would be interested in consultancy from time to time on medical opinions, and when to avoid certain kind of medication and/ or foods, in the course of managing lifestyle diseases.
Responsibilities
Taking history and physical examination
Advice on regimen plan for lifestyle conditions
Implementing Community Health Care activities in liaison with other health workers
Guiding and counseling patients
Sensitizing patients and clients on preventive and promotive health
Requirement
Knowledge of lifestyle conditions
Computer literate
Must have good inter-personal and communication skills
Diploma or its equivalent from a recognized institution
Registered with the Nursing Council.
