Description :

1.Ideal candidate will be responsible for building positive professional relationships between the company and the client.2 Finding solutions in response to client concerns as well as through sales.3 Should be able to ensure clients are aware of the products or services that meet their needs.4 Work in concert with internal sales, marketing and management professionals.5 Responsible for overseeing other team and setting and meeting projections.6 Building long-term relationships with key clients.7 Resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are satisfied with our services.
Education requirements:
Should have a solid background in customer service/relations & marketing.Possess problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Act as a point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
